3. Shipping & Pickup
3.1 We currently only ship within Malaysia and offer local pickup options.
3.2 Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
3.3 Kollectibles is not responsible for any delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Returns & Refunds
4.1 All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
4.2 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof (photos/videos).
4.3 Approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or a replacement item, subject to stock availability.
